Shipping & Returns


All Nightcrawler Co orders are shipped from our headquarters in Newtown, sunny Sydney Australia. We do our best to process orders within 3 days of being placed.  You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Nightcrawler Co uses Australia Post for local, international and express deliveries – so once the package leaves our studio, it’s at the mercy of the Australia Post system.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight, at the check out.  Shipping timings and options;

  • Australia standard shipping 4-7 days. Australia Express shipping 1-2 days.  Free standard shipping on all orders over AU $120.
  • International standard shipping 2-6 weeks. Free standard international shipping on all orders over AU $200
    International Express shipping 3-5 days.
  • United Kingdom standard shipping 2-6 weeks. Free standard international shipping on all orders over AU $200.
    United Kingdom Express shipping 3-5 days.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside Australia, customs, duties and sales taxes may not be refundable through Nightcrawler Co. However, you may be able to recover these monies by contacting your local or federal government directly.

Nightcrawler Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be submitted to Australia Post by the customer. Nightcrawler Co is not responsible for orders sent with an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.

By placing an order with Nightcrawler Co, you accept and agree to our shipping policy.


Sometimes, shit happens and you get it wrong, we get it.

If you want to exchange a product as a ‘change of mind’ you must contact Nighcrawler Co via email within 7 days of delivery of the product and we must receive the product back within 14 days of the date of delivery if in Australia, or within 21 days of the date of delivery outside of Australia.  Returns or exchanges received outside these timeframes may not be accepted.

Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected.  Your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Furthermore, products should be returned unused and with all Nightcrawler Co tags attached.  Returns or exchanges that are damaged, marked or soiled may not be accepted and a refund refused.

Where Nightcrawler Co accepts a product for exchange and you wish to swap for a different size, we will only be able to do that if the other one is available in stock. If you choose to exchange your product, you will be responsible for the return postage fee.

Whilst it's unlikely, it's possible the garment arrives and there's something wrong with it. Where Nightcrawler Co accepts a product for full refund the product must be deemed faulty or unfit for its purpose – meaning that the product doesn’t do what you reasonably expected.  Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

If you are returning a product for any of the reasons above, please email us with the following details:

  1. Describe the fault with the product. A photo would be handy.
  2. Indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  3. Provide us with a proof of purchase, or at very least the order number.

And obviously stop using the product.  Once your application for refund/exchange is approved via email and product is accepted back at Nightcrawler Co headquarters, we will do whatever we can to ensure a speedy resolution. 

Please remember to remove child from garment before returning, our warehouse is full of monsters.
