Placing an Order

Here’s a thing, due to the nature of our boutique print production, all orders are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to acceptance and availability.  As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed and the time when your order is accepted by us, the stock position of particular products may change during this time.  If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before Nightcrawler Co accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will happily refund the amount.

Privacy

You, as a customer of Nightcrawler Co are very important and we aim to protect your privacy.  Any and all personal information collected at the Nightcrawler Co website will be kept strictly private and confidential. We collect only information that we need and we will not pass on your personal information except

- to meet a delivery commitment

- or the direct needs of Nightcrawler Co, or

- if required by law.

Nightcrawler Co requires users to affirmatively ask to join its mailing lists. Nightcrawler Co provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the user.
